Michael SchumacherGerman flag stripe helmet · 1995 season design

The story

Schumacher's original helmet was mainly white with a horizontal stripe in the colours of the German flag and his sponsors' decals, a blue circle with white asteroids on the top of the shell, and three red horizontal bands above the visor added when Jos Verstappen became his Benetton teammate so the two could be told apart; the 1995 helmet is displayed at the Macau Grand Prix Museum.
