Jean AlesiElio de Angelis tribute helmet · 1998 season design

The story

White with black and red lines running down the front sides, a deep blue top and his name on the front, a tribute to Elio de Angelis, who died testing at Paul Ricard in 1986; during the 1998 season the white base gave way to a mirror-finish silver.
