Lewis HamiltonUnion Flag reveal helmet · British Grand Prix

The story

For his return to Silverstone as defending winner Hamilton ran a special version of his yellow helmet whose top appears ripped away to reveal a fluttering Union Flag beneath, his first change of design since his 2007 debut apart from the Monaco diamonds, chosen to show he is a British sportsman and to recognise the support of the Silverstone fans.
